Yeah well, as the software piracy is becomming more and more an issue
for those of us, who are creating things and offer them for free download
on our webpages, the need for "Rules" have increased too. This is sad to
say, but nonetheless the truth. So since I am offering a lot of stuff for
free download from all of my various websites, I am going to "nail" the
rules down right here. If you intend to download some of my Desktop Themes,
Screen Savers or Clip Arts, please be kind enough to accept those rules
and act like it is suggested.
Desktop Themes
all DTs are under
|
You are free to use the Themes on your private computer. It is not
allowed to put the Themes or parts of those items, which I have created
by myself, into any other Theme collection free or for sale without my
prior written permission. That means, if you want to include the Themes
into any kind of collection, you need my written permission in advance.
You are allowed to give away one copy of the Theme's package to your friends,
as long as:

Screen Savers
all SSs are under
|
You are free to use the Screen Savers on your private computer.
It is not allowed to put the Screen Savers into any other Screen Savers
collection free or for sale without my prior written permission. That means,
if you want to include the Screen Savers into any kind of collection, you
need my written permission in advance. You are allowed to give away one
copy of the Screen Saver's package to your friends, as long as:

Clip Arts
all Clip Arts, which you will find on those special download pages are scanned and altered by Morgane aka Bryde unless I have stated it some other place. |
Feel free to grab as many as you want, but PLEASE, don't link
directly to them on those two server. Save the pics onto your own harddrive
and then put them up on your webpages. I will change the file names once
in a while, so if you link to them directly, your pages will look like
a real messy stuff, if you don't have the pics on your own server...
If you use any of my Clip Arts for your own webpage, I expect you put up a link back to the page, where you downloaded them off. This can be either a text-link or a button-link. The credit link has to be placed at the SAME PAGE, where the Clip Art appears on. If you downloaded the Clip Arts from "Bryde's Fantasy Clip Arts",
then the link-back text code ist this:
<CENTER>
If you downloaded the Clip Arts from "Medieval Clip Arts", then
the link-back text code ist this:

this will show this banner on your page
Please also read the informations provided on both graphic sites.

with my best knowledge all stored fonts in my three archives are either shareware, freeware, artware or postcardware |
I was looking for a long time for fonts to use with the Medieval style
I took for my websites. I found quite a lot of them. As far as I know ALL
of these fonts are Shareware, Freeware, Artware or Postcardware. I uploaded
the font files together with the copyright disclaimers which where included
in the zip-files. When I didn't find any copyright disclaimers or copyright
references in the file headers, I took it for Freeware. All the fonts came
from some freely distributed CD-ROM's, from the Usenet or from different
mailboxes, websites or netservices. If you see any copyright infringements
or maybe you are the "owner" of the copyright of one of these fonts and
don't want to have the file for download from this site, please
let me know, so we can find a solution to this problem.
The font-archives are stored into zip-format. Please read the included text-files from the various authors for further informations. It took me quite a lot of work, to find all those fonts scattered all over the net. So cause of this it is not allowed to put the fonts archives as they are into any other font archives collection free or for sale without my prior written permission. |
I hope, I have made myself plain and clear with those "rules". If you
still have a question about this issue, don't hesitate to drop me a line
